I’m from Bogotá, Colombia and grew up surrounded by the Andes mountains and the busy streets of the capital. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to travel across Colombia, visiting towns most affected by conflict, to document peace initiatives and insights from environmental and community leaders. This experience taught me that social justice movements stem from a profound love for land and life, and that trust is essential in any effort to create change. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to supporting initiatives on a local, national and international level that dismantle oppressive systems and build inclusive, equitable ones.

With over nine years of experience in journalism, eight years leading communication campaigns in the nonprofit sector, and a Master's in Communication for Development and Social Change, I specialize in crafting communication strategies that seamlessly blend digital impact with in-person actions. I love the challenge of developing innovative strategies that not only inform but also inspire people to take action and feel empowered to contribute to meaningful change.
